This policy explains what happens to personal information in connection with this website. It is written to reflect how the site is actually built, rather than as a generic template.
The short version: this website has no backend and no database. It does not transmit your details anywhere, and it does not store them.
What this website collects
Nothing is submitted to this website. The enquiry and consultation forms run entirely in your browser: when you press the button, the details you typed are composed into a message and handed to your own WhatsApp or email application, where you decide whether to send it.
Until you press send in that application, the information exists only on your device. If you close the page without sending, nothing leaves it.
Calculator inputs
The financial calculators run entirely in your browser. The figures you enter are held in the page and reflected in the address bar so that you can bookmark or share a scenario. They are not transmitted to us and are not stored on any server.
If you share a calculator link, the figures you entered will be visible in that link to whoever you share it with.
Information you send us directly
When you contact us by WhatsApp, email or telephone, we receive whatever you choose to send. We use it to respond to your enquiry and, where you become a client, to provide the services you ask for.
That information is handled under our internal policies and is retained only for as long as is necessary for the purpose it was provided, or for any period required by applicable law and regulation.
Information we will never ask for by email or chat
We will not ask you to send any of the following through this website, by email, or over a messaging app:
- PAN or Aadhaar number
- Bank account, debit card or credit card numbers
- One-time passwords, PINs or CVV numbers
- Net banking, demat or investment account credentials
How we use the information you send
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a conversation.
- To provide the services you have asked for.
- To comply with applicable legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Where a transaction requires it, information may be shared with the relevant asset management company, insurer, registrar and transfer agent or other regulated intermediary, and with our professional advisers, in each case only to the extent necessary.
